TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • Commissions are non-refundable.

  • The payment is upfront. The commission will only be started after full payment.

  • The price listed may vary according to the complexity of the character provided. Charges also apply to additional details.

REVISIONS

  • Unlimited revisions during the sketching phase.

  • Limited, minor revisions after the sketching phase. Major revisions will have additional charges.

  • If the sketch has yet to be started, you are allowed to change any details of the order without any charges.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • If it is a rush order, it will be completed on or before the set delivery date.

  • Otherwise, I will be working according to the queue. Turnaround time depends on my current workload. This may take maximum 2 months.

COMMUNICATION

  • Once the payment has been sent, a Trello link will be provided for you to check on progress anytime.

  • You may message me directly on Twitter (@hachee_ko) or send an e-mail to [email protected] for an update.

PROCESS

  1. Fill in the form with all the details required.

  2. Send it to me through VGen, e-mail or Twitter messages. Twitter is preferred.

  3. Send the payment. Commission will only be started after payment.

  4. The sketch is sent. Confirm all changes here. Changes made afterwards will incur charges.

  5. Once all changes are made, commission will proceed to completion.

What are rush orders?

Rush orders bump your order up to the top of the queue. This means that you do not have to wait for your turn in the waitlist and are put on priority.There is an additional 50% total order charge but is completed within 1-2 weeks.
If needed much earlier, deadline and rates can be discussed.

How long will my commission take?

The expected turnaround time is maximum 2 months. If required before a specific date, please inform me. Otherwise, I will be working according to the queue.

How do I check on my commission progress?

Once your commission is accepted, you will be provided a Trello link where I post updates on progress. If you would like to know the specific timeframe for your commission, please message me directly. Thank you for your patience!

What is the difference between 224px and 500px? (Emotes)

The size recommended depends on your use.

  • 224px — if you'd only use it as chat emotes.

  • 500px — if you'd like to turn it into stickers and such. Additional fees will apply.
